Fit Check · true to scale

Will it actually fit? See the TV at its real size on your wall.

The AI designer above shows the finished look. This is the measured companion: set the scale once from something you can measure, and the TV is placed at its exact dimensions — calculated, not guessed. The panel on the right explains every number behind the result.

Your room

1 · Set the scale

Mark one thing you can measure and enter its real length. That single number is what makes the preview accurate.

inches

Sample pre-set to ~14 ft of visible wall. Upload your own room to set the scale yourself.

2 · Pick the TV

Catalog match: Sony BRAVIA 5 · 65.9" × 37.9" panel (published spec)

How this result is calculated

Draw a scale line and enter its length above, and the preview becomes exact.

optional: how far back you sit

Why this is reliable: the size is computed from geometry, not guessed by an image model — give it one true measurement and the math is exact. Accuracy holds best when your reference is on the same wall and the photo is taken roughly straight-on. Crutchfield already has exact panel dimensions for every TV, so the only input needed from the shopper is that one measurement (or a single calibration tap).

How it works

1

Show us the wall

Start from a blank room or upload a photo of the wall you're building out.

2

Describe what you want

Tell us in plain words — 'big movie wall, surround sound, hide the wires.' AI designs the build.

3

Get the whole cart

We stage the TV to scale with cords hidden, then list every piece the AI picked — mounts and cable kits included.

For the Crutchfield team · behind the demo

A working pilot, built to plug into data you already produce.

Everything on this page is live, running on real Crutchfield products. Here is what each capability does, where the product data comes from, and the actual results it generated.

AI build design

Claude reads the room photo, the shopper's plain-English ask, and the product catalog, then designs a complete, correctly-sized build — including the mount, in-wall cable kit, and HDMI people forget.

Photoreal staging

An image model renders the chosen gear into the actual room with the cords hidden, walls and lighting preserved. The before / after examples above are real outputs.

Fit Check — to scale

A geometry engine places the TV at its exact published dimensions from one known measurement, and explains every number behind the result. Accurate, not guessed.

Completion intelligence

The build is driven by compatibility: a mounted TV always gets the right mount, the in-wall kit, and the cable. In production this taps Crutchfield's own recommender.

Lead capture + cart

Every finished build is a known, category-tagged lead (intent, budget, gear list) and a one-click cart — the top-of-funnel magnet that feeds a lifecycle program.

Sizing by distance

TV size is matched to seating distance, and the fit panel flags when a pick is larger or smaller than the comfortable range for the room.

Where the product catalog comes from

The AI only recommends real, in-stock products — so the question that matters is where it reads them.

In this demo

A real, scraped sample

23 real Crutchfield products, pulled from the structured JSON-LD data already published on your live product pages. No public API exists, so the demo reads what the pages already expose: SKU, name, brand, price, image, and category.

In production · no new pipeline

Data you already generate

  • The product feed you already produce for Google, Bing, and The Trade Desk ads — full catalog, price, availability, and imagery.
  • Your own on-site product recommender and search services already encode “works with / completes the setup” compatibility data — the exact signal the AI needs to finish a build accurately.
  • Or a direct read of the commerce database / catalog service for live pricing and stock.

The point: the AI plugs into feeds and endpoints Crutchfield already runs. Your compatibility data is what makes the recommendations uniquely accurate — no competitor has it.

What a production build adds: live pricing and stock from your feed, the full catalog instead of a 23-product sample, your own recommender driving completion, the captured lead wired into the lifecycle program, and the Fit Check calibrated from your exact panel dimensions. Built by BRCG.
